We are committed to sourcing the highest calibre talent for our clients in front office corporate finance, banking and advisory and investing (debt and equity) positions.

You will always deal with our senior, experienced team. We don’t just wheel out the directors for initial meetings then leave the assignment to junior staff. You will work with one of the directors of the business at every point, from briefing us on the assignment to its successful conclusion.

We cover the full range of grades and positions in our chosen sectors and work across a much wider range of levels than is typical for the recruitment and search industry - we target senior hires of candidates near the peak of their careers, whilst also focussing on candidates in the early stages of their careers.
